I used to play Male in the past, but now I mainly play female unless the male counterpart is much more cooler. My main characters are going to be my Human Thief and Sylvari Mesmer. Human Female looks much cooler in Medium Armor with a skinny / slender physique. I cannot get the same look from a Male unless I make him girlish, which I dislike.
Some really nice quality-of-life improvements have been implemented in the latest update for Guild Wars 2. There are so many skills and items available in Guild Wars 2 that most players would resort to changing their input bindings to make things easier. That said, modifying input bindings every time when switching machines is really inconvenient.
Games by NCSOFT (and similarly Nexon) don't get ported to console when their revenue is fading, even the ones that make more sense with a controller. It wouldn't even reach 10FPS on a console in a zerg, that's why. It reaches past that in ESO zergs. But yes, GW2 is a bit more of a mess in terms of optimization.
Player vs. Player games in Guild Wars 2 are easy to learn and quick to join but offer a variety of challenges for new players, casual gamers, and tournament PvPers alike.
