I found Prague 2 much less touristy and had outstanding restaurants like Etnosvět (10/10) and Prague Beer Museum is fun too, but I believe there's a Christmas market at the Church of Saint Ludmila so it's likely busy too. I had an outstanding experience in Prague, and I hope you do to!
